Meet the administration and faculty, enjoy a concert at the School of Music, watch a movie outside on the patch, enjoy a picnic lunch with jazz music to entertain you, and attend a Mercer sporting event.

Dear Mercer Family,

Every year, Mercer University plans a weekend for families of our students to visit our beautiful campus and experience a day in the life of their student(s). We are sure this weekend will be enjoyable to relatives of all ages and we encourage you to attend.

Accommodations

Mercer has secured a group discount at the Hilton Garden Inn, which is conveniently located on campus. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. Call (478) 741-5527 and ask for Group Code PWE. The group cut-off date is September 10. After this date or once rooms have been reserved in the block, reservations are available at the hotel’s prevailing rates.

Registration

**Please only purchase one "ticket" per family. When you arrive on campus, check in on Friday from 5-6:30 in the Connell Student Center or on Saturday morning from 8-10am in the Bear Rock Cafe, University Center.
